NATIONAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT PROGRAMS

Via a national nomination by students, employers and colleagues these practice mentors are nominated. Nominees are judged by an expert jury not just on the obvious trade and professional expertise but mainly on their professional attitude and how this it expressed in practise with each individual.

Client objective: recognition for the important role that the practice mentor fulfils and the support in offering handles to make it easier to deal with today’s student. Plus, putting this target group clearer on the map for itself but also for others is also an objective.

Result: In 2016, the first edition of this election was held. During this day, not only the winner SME and the winner large company was elected but extensive attention was also given to inspiring and motivating the present guests. The entire program is aimed at the practical deployment of leadership and coaching skills. In various and surprising ways, these topics are addressed. The election and the result thereof were extensively mentioned in the trade press but also outside.
