EMPLOYEE AWARENESS PROGRAMS

Client objective: Awareness and promotion of professional pride within the sector, making the sector attractive for entrants, contributing to the dialogue between employees and employer, retention of young people through information and support.

Result: In the last 13 years, more than 18,500 young employees took part in these days. Over 13,000 are still working in the sector. Research has shown that 72% of the young employees who participated in this program, work in the sector longer and over half of these employees is promoted quicker and earn more. This proves us to be successful for both the youngsters AS for the sector!
