Client objective: Making young employees feel permanently welcome and appreciated in the sector, making young employees aware of their own responsibilities regarding attitude, behaviour and future, promoting that employees continuously develop themselves, retention of personnel through information and support, contributing to the dialogue between employee and employer.

Result: It is proven that participants in this program do not just commits themselves to the sector longer but also develop themselves further so they are quicker and better deployable for their employers. This national organised initiative is rated by the employees with an 8.4.
