Topics: Project management/project supervision, providing and receiving management, making choices and communicating, how to deal with colleagues, how to deal with the customer, pride (both in oneself as in the trade), continuous development.

Client objective: Making young employees feel permanently welcome and appreciated in the sector, making young employees aware of their own responsibilities regarding attitude, behaviour and future, promoting that employees continuously develop themselves, retention of personnel through information and support, contributing to the dialogue between employee and employer.
